Rusty Betts, Director of Sales, entered the insurance industry with excitement and tenacity and has continued driving toward success with a smile ever since. Rusty joined the Insurance Network of Texas family in 2008, and since then, he has helped carry on the long-held agency belief that there is nothing more important than the people we work with.

“He’s always just a phone call away,” said a client. “He takes care of our needs quickly and is always really friendly.”

Rusty, a construction and home care coverage specialist, comes to work each day with an attitude that’s contagious to his coworkers. “You can always expect him to have a cheerful smile and set determination to do his very best,” said a colleague. “You just can’t help but smile too.”
